All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on completed purchases.
However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances, including:
- Incorrect item received
- Product received with verified damage or defect upon delivery
- Shipping damage with clear photo documentation provided upon delivery
- Order processing or fulfillment errors caused by our store
To request a review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
All requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet the above conditions.
